WEEKEND SPECIAL – GHOSTS CUPCAKES

My Ghosts cupcakes was my last food photography and to eat for say bye to Halloween and Hi to Christmas season.

Ingredients

FOR 4

1 Little Egg

45 g Butter

1,5 Tablespoon Milk

50 g Flour

37,5 g Sugar

1 g Baking Powder

1 Pinch Salt

15 g Cacao Powder

Frosting

84 g Cream Cheese ( Philadelphia )

21 g Butter

93 g Powdered Sugar

0,4 Teaspoon Vanilla

Preparations

Preheat oven at 180° C.

Mix Butter with Sugar until smooth.

Add Egg, Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, Mix. Add Milk and Cacao Powder

Frosting

Batte Butter and Cream Cheese until light and smooth.

Add Powdered Sugar and Vanilla.

A little time in refrigerator not so much before use.

≈ 315 Kcal/piece
