What makes you seasonal happy in Winter, Fall, Summer, Spring?

Winter – Christmas, snow, ski, wear soft clothes, snuggling in my blanket when I’m cold.

Fall – Pumpkins, Fall and Halloween decorations.

Summer – Outdoor hot tub.

Spring – Cherry blossom.

 

How will your ideal you be like?

To be happy to wake up in the mornings for going at work. Have a comfortable environment around me. Traveling.

 

What is your biggest dream or goal?

My biggest and more complex, I think it’s live in the United States Of America.

 

What it means to you to achieve your dreams or goals, why are they worth fighting for?

It means to me to succeed in life. It worth it to fighting for because in despite some bad days the life worth it to be explored.

Camera lover, minimalist, strong.

 

Has your personality changed since childhood? If so, why?

Yes! I was so shy, I had no social autonomy. I started to change that because I want it, I do not want to stay shy but fight my mental disorders.

 

Is your personality similar to that of your parents?

The side shy of my dad and the side borderline personality disorder of my mom.

 

What quality do you admire the most about yourself?

Brave and ambitious.

 

How do you make a decision? By intuition or logical analysis?

Both together but in function of my intuition.

What if I’m worth nothing? Why living in these conditions?

To complete each other, respect, love, want the same things.

 

Who are you most inspired by? Why?

A little 6 years old Chinese-American girl because she struggling with a rare syndrome and she’s so strong and brave.

 

How do you like to relax?

Snuggling in my soft Saranoni blanket and watching Christmas movies.

 

When was the last time you did something you were afraid of?

Last week, fight my social anxiety and going on a solo trip.

 

What are you most proud of?

Learn things of life alone.

 

Imagine you are in your 90s. What memories would you like to have? What stories do you want to tell?

To have managed my goals. To have lived what I wanted in life. Stories about my travel, my adventures, about the fact to had a work that I loved.

 

What is your favorite book/movie/song? Why?

Book – Cracked, Not Broken: Surviving and Thriving After a Suicide Attempt because the story of Kevin Hines is so inspirative and helps me to fight my mental disorders.

Movie – All about Christmas movies because there is magic and hope stories inside and I need so much that for living my life.

Song – I do not have one specially, my favorite song can change from one day to another and in function of my moods.

 

If you could make one change in the world, what would it be?

To do that the peoples don’t judge others without knowing them deeply.

 

Pretend money is no object. What would you do like work?

To be a crew (particularly camera operator) of a tv show.

 

What area of your life, right now, makes you feel the best? Which area makes you feel the worst? Why?

The best – the work at home because I feel not able to going work outside again and my personal home schedule.

The worst – my anxiety because some days are really hard because of them.

 

Let’s jump forward a year. What would you like to have achieved in the past year?

To have defeated my obsessional thoughts and anxiety, progressed in my ski practice, to have my driving theory.

 

What piece of advice would you give to 5 years old you? 16 years old you? 21 years old you?

5 years old – enjoy your childhood! You could have all the time to be big later.

16 years old – don’t be in a hurry to be an adult.

21 years old – I have 21 years old. Explore and enjoy your young age.

 

What do you wish you did more of?

No more obsessional thoughts and not to be an anxious person.
