Red Velvet Cupcakes

Super moist, tasty, I love so much these red velvet cupcakes, with Christmas around it’s perfect time for eat red velvet cupcakes.


 

This recipe is for 12 Cupcakes:

Ingredients:

Cupcakes mixture:

2 Egg – at room temperature

100g Butter – melted

4 Tablespoons Milk

135g Flour

90g Sugar

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

30g Cacao Powder

Red Food Color

Frosting:

200g Cream Cheese – melted

60g Butter – melted

230g Powdered Sugar

1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla

 

Descriptions:

Preheat oven at 180°C.

Mix Butter with Sugar until the mixture is smooth.

Add Egg, Flour, Baking Powder and Salt.

Add Cacao and mix until all is good combined.

In a cup mix Milk and few drops of Red food color.

Add the combination at mixture.

Put in cupcakes liners about 2 Tablespoons of mixture.

Baking in oven during 20 minutes.

Frosting:

Batte Butter with Cream Cheese until light and smooth.

Add Powdered Sugar and Vanilla.

Take off the refrigerator about 10-15 minutes before use it.

 

After to have let cool the cupcakes.

Decorate – with the frosting.
