Pumpkin Pie

Last month, I have eaten and baked my first pumpkin pie ever of my life. It was a success! On the two sides. Well! I hear a ton about pumpkin pie in the USA so I cannot try it! To bake and eat also. I had a good time to bake it and I loved the taste. The only thing! Like I have a little stomach. I can’t eat much pieces! It was hard to finish one normal piece for my stomach. Yes! He is really small! I loved to add a little of whipped cream on the top. I share the recipe that I did for my first pumpkin pie. It is so easy if you are a beginner like me.

Ingredients.

1 Can Pumpkin.
1 Unbaked Pie Crust.
170g Brown Sugar.
2 Eggs.
150 ml Milk.
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon.
1 Teaspoon Ginger.
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg.
1/4 Teaspoon Salt.
Whipped Cream (optional).

Directions.

Preheat your oven at 210°C.
Place the pie crust in a 9inch pie pan.
Whisk pumpkin, eggs, milk together in medium bowl until smooth. Add all spices and salt.
Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce the oven temperature to 180°C and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes. Until a pick inserted in the middle from crust comes out clean.
Let’s cool. Serve and add whipped cream on the top if you desire.

Right! I found this recipe so easy to make it, if you are a beginner like me. Do you love pumpkin pie?
