55g White Sugar
95g Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
250g Pumpkin Puree (ex: Libbys)
52g Philadelphia – softened
50g Chocolate Chips
85g Butter – softened
2 Tablespoons Milk
1 Pinch Salt
Preheat oven at 165°C.
Mix 150g of Flour with White and Brown Sugar, add salt and baking powder.
Add the Eggs one by one.
Add softened butter follow by whisk and add philadelphia, add milk and mix all until is good mixed.
Add Pumpkin and mix, add cinnamon.
Add the (80g) rest of Flour, and Chocolate Chips and mix.
Bake 50-55 minutes in oven.
