I love french crepes. Particularly in winter. I eat them since my childhood. They are light, tasty,… you can add a multitude of different topping inside but my favorite is clearly Nutella. I love to eat them at breakfast or in the mid-afternoon. Nutella French Crepes is an of my favorite food.
About 10 Crepes.
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablespoon Sparkling Water
Whip Eggs with Milk in a blender, following by adding Flour, Sugar and the Sparkling Water.
Heat a special crepe stove to medium heat. Place one ladle of batter in the stove while holding it and inclining it on all sides quickly to distribute it across the surface.
Cook the first side for about two minutes or until the edges of the crepe start to get golden brown. Slide the flat spatula gently underneath the crepe, flip it and cook it on the other side for about two minutes. Remove it and place it on a plate. Repeat until you are done with all the batter. Topping with your choice!
The french crepes are better serving immediately.
