M&MS CUPCAKES

My M&MS Cupcakes that I baked yesterday for my food photography planning week before halloween.

A BIG PROGRESS I HAVE NOT COUNTED CALORIES

Ingredients

FOR 5:

50 g Butter

45 g Sugar

1 Egg

60 g Flour

1 g Baking Powder

1 Pinch Salt

2 Tablespoons Milk

25 g Chocolate Chips

For Frosting:

50 g Butter

150 g Poweder Sugar

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

6 g Heavy Whipping Cream

Preparation

Preheat oven at 180° C.

Mix Butter, Sugar. Add Egg, Flour, Salt, Baking Powder.

Add Milk and Chocolate Chips.

Put 3/4 of batter in the cupcakes liners.

During 20 minutes in oven.

Frosting:

Mix Butter until cream. Add Heavy Whipping Cream. Mix. Add Vanilla. Mix.

Add little by little sugar.

Outside 15 – 25 minutes before use.

I love them so much AND I have not counted calories for eating.
