It’s time for christmas recipes and these gingerbread Muffins are awesome for that time!
This recipe is for 12 Muffins.
110g Butter – at room temperature
2 Large Eggs – at room temperature
80g Philadelphia – room temperature
80g Flour (add more if necessary)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
13g Cacao Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Gloves
1 – 1/2 Tablespoon Gingerbread
Preheat oven at 215°C.
Mix melted Butter in microwave (40s) with Sugar.
Add Eggs one by one. Add Philadelphia.
Add Flour and mix until all is good mixed.
Add Baking Powder, Salt, Cacao Powder.
Add all spices; Cinnamon, Gingerbread, Gloves.
Bake 5 minutes at 2150°C and reduce the temperature at 180°C and bake again about 14 minutes (in function of your oven).
