Hi! It’s my friday favorites today and like every fridays…
but this one is a little special. Currently and since three weeks, I’m in a big depression relapse and the food is touched… I do want really eat. A thing that I learned in Anorexia Recovery with all relapses of recovery, it’s same if you are in a relapse (what is normal in anorexia recovery) and to have simple minimal food list to have all time to able to eat.
Here is go, I will show my favorites things that I keep always under the hands to able to eat same if I’m in relapse and I don’t want to do a big grocery list.
In first, I have always essentials ingredients like eggs, flour, butter, sugar, cream cheese,… if I want at the last minute baking, to do muffins, etc I can.
Little pasta, I have, it’s easy, fast, simply when you want not eat and you feel bad with food, I can to them with butter, cheddar, tomato sauce, etc in function of my wanted.
Actimel, if I nothing eat, I drink always 2 bottles of Actimel for breakfast.
I have always Cheddar for to do with my pasta or simply in a sandwich.
Sandwich Bread for with cheddar, nutella or others.
A paquet of my favorite little chocolate for a extra if I want.
Tomato sauce just for a little tasty in food.
That’s my grocery essential list same when I’m in a anorexia relapse for continue to eat.
