Hi! Today, I will talk about cozy.

I know that I talk cozy a lot already on my blog.

Cozy is a part of my recovery of borderline disorder, anxiety or again depression, when I’m with cozy things that’s calm for anger borderline symptoms and anxiety.


But today, I will talk more of cozy about winter…ok…for me for to face winter the best way is cozy.


I heard a lot of peoples around me tell that they don’t like winter because it’s cold… winter is my favorite season.


Winter is the pretext again more for have cozy, a oversize cachemire sweater, a hot chocolate, ugg boots, a blanket these things are just some prefect pretexts for to be comfort and cozy all day long, it’s just in winter we can do it. I think we must to use that in winter for feel good in cold season. It’s just perfect to use.

Winter is now a season, not where you feel bad because it’s cold, no sun all day, etc, it’s a season perfect for feel just COZY.

    have you explored the danish concept of HYGGE????? it is WONDERFUL, it is COZY BEYOND BELIEF, and it is LIFE. 😍😍 you should buy the book “the book of hygge” by louisa thomson brits. it’s the best.
