Chocolate Mousse

When I go to the restaurant I take often a chocolate mousse for dessert because I love that, the other day I decided to try to do myself a chocolate mousse, the recipe of this one is super easy and fast.

This recipe is for 3 persons.

 

Ingredients:

 

3 Eggs – white and yellow separate

100g Dark Chocolate Bars

1 Pinch Salt

 

Descriptions:

 

Cut in pieces chocolate bars and place in a medium bowl and place the bowl in micro waves for melt during 2 and half minutes. Set aside.

In another bowl, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they form peaks.

Add to melted chocolate the yellow eggs and mix all good.

Add a little of egg whites to the mixture and mix with energy for relax the mixture.

With a spatula, to incorporate the rest of egg whites to the mixture blend slowly.

Put the mixture in small separate cups or a big cup… and take the time to lick the spatula for fun.

Chill 4 hours or until ready to serve.
