APPLE CARROT BREAD CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Ingredients

230 g Flour

140 g Sugar

5 g Baking Powder

2 Eggs

35 g Cream Cheese

85 g Butter

100 g Applesauce

1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

80 g Carrot

Frosting

100 g Cream Cheese

30 g Butter

115 g Powdered Sugar

1/4 Tablespoon Cinnamon

1/8 Teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven at 180° C. Mix 150g Flour with Sugar, Baking Powder. Mix and Add Applesauce, Butter and Carrot. Add Cream Cheese, Eggs and the rest of Flour.

Add Cinnamon.

40 minutes in oven.

Let cool.

Frosting:

Mix Butter with  Cream Cheese.Add Powdered Sugar and Cinnamon.

In Refrigator 1 hours before use.
