I discovered these one, since I love them vitally. I bake it for breakfast or for snack or again for dessert. They are so sweet, not too big not too small just the perfect size and with a prefect taste!
This recipe is for 12 muffins.
120g Chocolate Bar (dark chocolate)
110g Butter – softened
2 Eggs – at room temperature
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
32g Cacao Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
56g Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven at 215°C. Take cupcakes liners and place them in the cupcakes pan. Let set aside ready.
Coarsely cut in pieces the Chocolate in a medium bowl with Butter. Place it and microwave during 40 second. Take out of microwave and whisking the two together until smooth.
Add Sugar, eggs, Vanilla and Philadelphia until all is nicely mixed. Set aside.
Take a small bowl, whisk Flour, Cacao Powder, Baking Powder and salt together.
Transfer the small bowl inside the medium. Whisk all together. Add Chocolate Chips.
Take a tablespoon and add each time two spoon of mixture inside each cupcakes liners.
Bake the muffins 5 minutes at 215°C, follow by let the muffins in the oven, reduce the temperature at 175°C and bake again 16 minutes.
Let cool on the counter!
