The temperature got down, it’s October, Fall season is here. If you read my blog since a long you know that in September I developed a cinnamon obsession. I baked this apple cinnamon bread last week and it was a success! Really a success! I love it! I love to eat this cinnamon recipe accompanied by a hot chocolate or tea for a snack or the best that I love it’s eating it at breakfast. So good and tasty! A Fall breakfast! Love it.

Ingredients

230g Flour.

155g Brown Sugar.

110g Butter – melted.

2 Large Eggs.

2 Tablespoons Baking Powder.

52g Cream Cheese – softened.

1 Teaspoon Vanilla.

1/4 Teaspoon salt.

2 Teaspoons Cinnamon spice.

1/2 Teaspoon Ginger spice.

1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg spice.

3 Applesauce packages.

Descriptions

First step, preheat your oven to 180°C. Place paper parchment in a loaf pan. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together Flour, Brown Sugar, Baking Powder, salt and all spices. Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together Eggs and Butter – melted, add Cream Cheese, Vanilla.

Add slowly in 3 times in the same that mixing the dry ingredients. Add Applesauce packages. Whisk all.

Transfer the mixture into the pan and bake inside oven during 40-60 mins in function of your oven – until a

toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let’s cool.

Enjoy or cover it until you are ready to eat!

 

NOTE. This bread can stay good at room temperature covered until 3 days.
