I’m a french girl, 21, blogger, minimalist, homeschooler, photographer, filmmaker diagnose with borderline personality disorder, atypical anorexia, anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, lack of independence, I try to recovery and I love found goals for recovery, watch Tv shows, take airplanes, traveling, discover news things, nordic decor and I have a dream: Live in USA when I will be a adult and independent.
I have created this blog there is one and half year ago, wahoo!!! I started to do it because I love reading some blogs and after a lot of thinking I told me that can be a help in my mental health.
I love so much blogging, my blog is a lifestyle blog of one mental disorders person among a lot, I blog my everyday life with my mental problems, my goals, my ideas, what things help me, recipes, my travels, how I feel about that or that, ok, that’s my blog.
Blogging help me a lot in my mental health… I track my recovery, write my experiences/stories of my life and all that made finally sense to so many things.
Diagnostic in July 2015 but symptoms are here since more time.
I’m tried a lot of ineffective medications, actually and since the middle of October 2015 I’m take Lamictal, Xanax sometimes.
Start in March 2016 after one hard change in my life. I had before nothing ate above 300 Calories unintentionally after I’m private myself of eat around April to June I do not eat more of 800 Calories in July I’m fixed myself 900 Calories after in August I’m fixed 1000 Calories. Regularly I fix myself goals.
